WorkFlow charges a service fee on completed projects. For freelancers, we charge 10% on the first $500 earned with a client, 7.5% on earnings between $500-$10,000, and 5% on earnings above $10,000. Clients pay a 3% processing fee on payments. Creating an account and posting projects is completely free.
When a client hires a freelancer, they fund the project by depositing money into our secure escrow account. The funds are held safely until the freelancer completes the agreed-upon work and the client approves it. This ensures freelancers get paid for their work and clients only pay for satisfactory results.
If you're not satisfied with the delivered work, you can request revisions from the freelancer. Most issues can be resolved through direct communication. If you can't reach an agreement, our dispute resolution team will mediate and help find a fair solution for both parties.
